Disobeying repeated Admin warnings to stop complaining
Reason to un-ban:
Because i was'nt cheating or hacking to get an unfair advantage out of the game. I was just complaining about bein' base raped.
Now as i said in another topic on another section of the forum: I am sorry if i was bein' rude. I really am. I just hate bein' base raped. that's all.
But you know what? If i get unbanned, i play on your server again and i feel getting kinda pissed off, i'll leave the server instead of starting an endless conversation again.

well,I was there too,although not the banning admin,but as far as I remember,Lifter warned you to stop complaining again and again....this really annoys others and disturbs the overall desired gameplay ,KustomKettle is looking for.
We are aware of the basecamping problems BC2 has...but there are no obviously fair methods in stopping this beside waring everyone and fianlly kicking......this is KK doesn´t want to !
So,what are the options.....actually there are no options other then accepting these ppl,the creators of BC2 obviously ignore all complains about this....and we players have to live with that,so must you !
We will discuss your concern in the adminsection and come back ltr to you !

Okay, Look Roach,
Like i said, i am really sorry if i was bein' rude or anything. And to be honest, i don't think i can express my appologies in any other way when it comes to "online" so i guess it has to do with just a written "Sorry".
But remember i am only human. We all are. We humans make mistakes sometimes.
And seriously, bein' permanently banned? just for
complaining about something?
Could'nt i just be kicked instead of bein' banned instantly?
Usually, a kick is enough allready to make someone realize a server does'nt want that kind of crap. Usually a kick allready will make someone think twice. And believe me, i know. I am an admin from a BF2142 server
from my clan. Many times i've warned people loads of time too and then i kicked them. Some of them came back and appologized for what they did.
And then it's fine with me. Some of them came back and kept on doin' it and then, i banned them. I have never banned someone instantly. I never banned someone before i kicked them first. (unless they hack or cheat with things like aimbot, but i did'nt do that) let alone banned them permanently. Especially for complaining.
Don't get me wrong, i respect all of you people, i just find an instant permanent ban without bein' kicked (yes, even after repeated warnings too) too harsh. Because that was the case with me.
Also, and i'm not saying this as an excuse but still, i think it's good to mention that i do have a brain damage. I've gotten this after a shortage of oxygen when i was born. This means that sometimes, i can do or say things and then regret it later.
For example: I can call someone an asshole and be like "I should'nt have said that" afterwards. But hey, at least i'm decent enough to appologize for it. Unlike some other people. Besides, i think everyone deserves a 2nd chance.

You seem to have learnt your lesson, an instant ban was issued because the functionality for kicking is not yet in place or is glitchy. I will leave this up to Lifter though as it was his ban.

Well, Corp. Punishment, I am someone who has a strong... how do u call it? "Judgment" feeling?
1 more thing, as far as i know, the "kick" functionality is working just fine.
And even if it did'nt, i think a permanent ban for just complaining is just too harsh. I mean, come on, i was'nt playing unfair, nor did i gave a big mouth. I was just complaing about something.
Put yourself in my position if you want.
What if i was the admin and you were playing on our server and i gave you a permanent ban just for complaining?
Would'nt you be surprised if it was a permanent one and not like a 24h ban?
I'm not saying all this to attack the admin that banned me, nor any other admin / member of this community or nor do i have the intention to do so. But just to show u people i am in pain.
I have never cheated or hacked either and i never will simply because of 1 reason:
I find it pathetic.
I hate it when people cheat on me, so i won't do it to them either.
So to put this in short, the only thing i ask for is fair play. That's all.
No hard feelings.

Your ban has been removed. Yes, it is true I was only going to kick you at first - but the admin control center was giving me some errors at the time. So my only option was to ban you. Please next time be more respectful of all the -=SKA=- and -=KA=- admins.

Allright. Thanks for unbanning me, Lifter.
Maybe next time it is wiser to leave the server when i notice something is working on my nerves before i do something that i might regret.
Then let it rest for a bit and talk about it later on the forums when i am cooled down or something. After all, usually it's wiser to give it a rest when such thing happens right? i mean, when someone is pissed off, they can say or do things that they normally would'nt say/do.
